9 Zip

No big surprise, but the Supreme Court today reversed the obstruction of justice conviction against Arthur Andersen related to its actions in the Enron matter. Bad jury instructions. From everything I read, this was pretty much a no-brainer (except to the superior legal minds on the 5th Circuit, apparently), but I wonder how often a criminal conviction is reversed 9-0 by the Supremes. Anyone know when the last time was?

And if anyone ever asks you to name a case where the Supreme Court unanimously ruled in favor of a witch and a Satanist, you can cite this one. And these weren't just any old witch and Satanist--they were prison inmates, too!
