I Hate Bully Cops
I hate bullying cops like Officer McDonald of Dayton, Ohio. He pepper sprayed a teenage girl because she refused his order to go to his patrol car, after he told her she was under arrest. Her crime? He claimed that she shortchanged him at the drive-thru window. The video of the entire incident makes clear that he had given her a $10 bill, not a $20 bill like he claimed. The city fired him, but an arbitrator ruled that he had to be rehired. Yeah, that guy deserves to be a cop.

how are we supposed to trust cops when they think they above the law and do dumb-ass stuff like that. what a friken fool.
I will not hide my identity, i was ten years old when i had the pleasure of coming to this Great Country i have been a trouble maker in the sense of throwing spit wads at my classmates. after twenty years of hard work it finaly paid my Father help me with some merchandise LINEN/TEXTILES.To open a 15,000sqft retail store i could not beleve the numbers it was better than lottery .then the envy placed its claws on me . i was falsely charged with commiting 211pc,+245pc.then two days later it was another two exact same charges made by two illegals that where coached my a twenty two year old detective after four months ,Suprise i received a call from my secretary that the police wanted to speak to me and after that well 210,000 bail posted realeased after being booked at two local jails ,and finaly L.A County . about one year later i was aquited of all charges but i dont feel like its over the officer as my Attorney put it has a H--- -- for me gdahdul@yahoo.com
I have a website about the legal rights of victims against bullying, and it applies to cops as well as schools.
If a police officer breaks the law, then everyone involved can be sued: the officer, the police-department, the city, the state, and even the federal government, and others as well such as individual supervisors, superiors, and other officials.
The problem is that people assume that cops should be cut a break because they get hazard-pay, and that they are doing us plebian peasants some sort of favor; however that's not the America that the Founders envisioned, i.e. where we trade liberty for security-- as Ben Franklin noted, that costs you both and merits you neither, and it's the type of subservience to the government that led to the horrors of the 20the 20th century under Mao, Stalin and Hitler etc.
The website is bullyjustice.webs.com where I note that bullies are often drawn to such positions of authority, and so they need to be held to the highest account-- NOT given a free pass! It's a fact that cops tend to be bullies, as well as having the highest incidence of domestic violence, alcoholism and violent behavior, many times higher than civilians.
In particular, bully-cops hold their superiors liable under the doctrine of "respondeat superior," since using physical force is a part of their job; and therefore if they abuse that, then the superior is responsible even if the officer acts outside of the scope of their duties-- for example, by shooting someone for fun etc.
The problem isn't the lack of laws controlling police, the problem is that people don't KNOW about these laws-- just like with all other laws applying to bullies.
I've listed these laws in general on the website, as well as how to be prepared to use the law against bullies; and I'd be happy to answer any other questions I can.
American citizens have been bullies into silence not just by the government, but by both the fascist right-wing and pro-government left, both of whom view citizens with contempt.
It's time for citizens to stand up for their rights, and stop apologizing for it!

I was walking my dog at night(to avoid the heat of day) in an Oklahoma city in mid June. I was harassed by 2 cops, 1 obviously new, who accused me FOUR times of using narcotics (coffee is the strongest thing I have) then their boss pulled in and smirked while the SOB insisted I take a "follow the ball point pen with your eyes without moving your head" test. It was really a test to see how the little storm trooper could conduct the test---HE was the one being graded! Must have been crushed I passed it. How is walking a dog probable cause for suspicion of narcotics use? It galled me knowing I could have easily bent him into a pretzel in a wrestling ring, or knocked him out boxing, in a different setting, and I had to act submissive to this puny TWERP! These people are POWER JUNKIES, if they go too long without a "fix," they'll land on someone without cause, to toy with them a while, to get their "fix." Time to reduce police powers, increase accountability, abolish internal affairs replace with Citizen (not "civilian") review boards AND force all police to go for psychological testing, the tests to have no input from cops, no interpretation by cops, and heavily biased against cops, necessarily so, for the protection of the public who it seems, now have more to fear from cops than those who break the law (without being police while doing so!) Police agencies hire the WRONG people (probably bullies in high school), they get the WRONG training, which intentionally alienates them from the public. It's time to legalize drugs like Portugal and other countries have done---we'd be better off with that problem, than the problem we have! I had the thought during this degrading ordeal "they're gonna trump up reason to arrest me, in the morning they'll come by the cell I'm in and bust out laughing, telling me my dog got euthanized by mistake!" My observations are that if you want to know where the immoral people are, take a look at POLICE AGENCIES! It's getting to where anarchy would leave us better off than with these TURDS roving around harassing people NOT breaking any law! FORCE them into psychological TESTING! Another good idea---get all Free Masons OUT of the justice system! It is NOT what it was when Sam Houston founded a lodge in Texas! It's a favoritism network!
Crooked cops need to be stopped! I was falsely arrested for defending myself against my abusive husband. They KNOW his record and they KNOW he's a troublemaker. He broke my phone when I tried to call 911. Yet because we're married [although separated] he's allowed to do or say anything he wants to provoke me, and he gets away with hitting me and breaking my stuff, but I'm not allowed to fight back. "Justice" is a joke!
